Infants and Toddlers
Our weekly thematic units are designed to support your child’s development. The unit focuses on language development, social and emotional skills, fine tuning and improving motor skills, listening skills, physical development, and creativity.
We offer balanced, developmentally-appropriate curriculum incorporating daily whole-group instruction, sensory activities and individualized attention. We also have specialty music and activity programs, all in spacious classrooms.
But most importantly your child will be in a nurturing environment with seasoned educators.
Our goal is to increase your child’s school readiness for kindergarten through a research-based curriculum, progress monitoring, and teacher professional development. We also are accredited by the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs. This means we meet 10 standards for early childhood programs which helps you make the right choice when you’re looking for a child care center, preschool, or kindergarten.
We also have the Texas State Center for Early Childhood Development Texas School Readiness Certification. Schools receive this certification when preschool classrooms effectively prepare their students for kindergarten. Quality instructional practices must be in place to get children ready for kindergarten, and the children must achieve scores showing they are on track in the areas of reading and social skills when they go to kindergarten.
We have a curriculum that works
We use DLM Early Childhood Express Curriculum, which offers a comprehensive child-centered curriculum with teacher support and 21st century technology. The curriculum nurtures each child by offering carefully selected and sequenced learning experiences. We offer Frog Street for our younger toddlers. These comprehensive program includes literature, a hands-on approach to teach math concepts, and instructional materials to keep children engaged and excited about learning.
We also offer research-based, bi-lingual classroom support materials that meet Texas Pre-Kindergarten Guidelines.
Please call us to see if we have any openings.
